The pictures are just adorable and I can't wait to see her and get aquainted with her. And, the missunderstanding Scout had was sad and touching. Good story.Popshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03345516809265073813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7852868884277826063.post-26331290963961918682009-08-31T10:31:04.966-06:002009-08-31T10:31:04.966-06:00It's Amy with a "y" now. You're such a sensitive and loving mother and will be aware of her feelings and needs. I won't give you anymore grandma advice, even though I qualify now! Have fun!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15240493105008078007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7852868884277826063.post-14417856689491884462009-08-31T00:42:58.634-06:002009-08-31T00:42:58.634-06:00Lola is so adorable! Perhaps I could come down for a visit.

That story about Scout being upset just breaks my heart! Poor little thing, the thoughts that must have been going through her head.

If Scout starts feeling down again, here is a little something that might cheer her up. September is around the corner, which means my house needs to have Halloween decorations soon! I think that will be a perfect time for Scout's first sleep-over at Aunt Sue's! Booker stays the weekend and helps me decorate and I think it would be fun to include Scout this year. I'm thinking the 3rd weekend in September, unless that conflicts with Elinor being born. We can play it by ear.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00758354440910012121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7852868884277826063.post-7459175143575615142009-08-30T21:51:58.528-06:002009-08-30T21:51:58.528-06:00She is just adorable. She will probably be so big when we make it down there for a visit after Ells is born. Can't wait!Haleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06701900460512673699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7852868884277826063.post-83910641511531130832009-08-30T21:46:08.619-06:002009-08-30T21:46:08.619-06:00Cute! There are those moments, but they pass quickly. About a month ago, Bruce said, "Mom, why do you love Levi so much." :) But as has been stated, before you know it they'll be running around together and having a ball. At the risk of sounding like a grandma, I'll just say, they grow up too fast.
p.s. my word verification is bless. That's nice.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16469995281704190260noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7852868884277826063.post-24974736730769444112009-08-30T21:40:14.762-06:002009-08-30T21:40:14.762-06:00Oh she is so cute! About 2 weeks after Nico was born Ellie told me she wished Nico would go back in my tummy. However, now they play like crazy all the time and love each other to death!

On a completely unrelated note, I find it a little odd that the first two commentators on this post are both Ami spelled with an i. How very unlikely!ajmahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16862855070657149172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7852868884277826063.post-44830882580474650422009-08-30T18:33:15.074-06:002009-08-30T18:33:15.074-06:00She fits right in - sleeping with her feet hanging...She fits right in - sleeping with her feet hanging out of the crate like that! :) She is adorable!

The story of Scout being so sad... touching. I'm sure she'll do well with Elinor, although I can speak from experience in saying that there will definitely be a transition period. I was surprised by some of what I saw from M in the 2-3 months following C's arrival, but it does get better.Amihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04151171029123066511noreply@blogger.com
